Dr. Mendelsohn attended the Boston University School Of Medicine. She subsequently completed her residency in Preventive Medicine/ Occupational and Environmental Medicine at the University of Illinois at Chicago. She obtained a Masters in Public Health at the University of Illinois at Chicago and was elected into the prestigious Delta Omega Honor Society. She is an assistant Professor of Preventive Medicine at the State University of N.Y. and an active lecturer. Dr. Mendelsohn has directed overseas courses for primary care physicians in the fields of Occupational and Travel Medicine Dr. Mendelsohn has been nominated Top Doctor for NY Metro area.
Dr. Mendelsohn is Board Certified in Preventive/ Occupational & Environmental Medicine. She has maintained an active clinical practice providing Occupational, Environmental, Travel Medicine and Immigration services. Dr. Mendelsohn is designated as a Civil Surgeon by USCIS.
